About the Role

We are seeking a visionary MEP Operation Manager to orchestrate our digital workflows and lead 3D virtual building model implementation across complex project lifecycles. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Your main goal is ensuring flawless data consistency, multi-discipline collaboration, and strict adherence to international digital construction standards.

Core Responsibilities:

· Strategy & Planning: Formulate and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Employer's Information Requirements (EIR). Establish frameworks, delivery protocols, and shared design templates.

· Model Coordination: Oversee compilation of structural, architectural, and MEP data sets into a unified federated model

· Clash Detection: Run comprehensive multidisciplinary conflict-resolution sessions using automated spatial overlap tracking tools. Conduct routine model health audits.

· Workplace Management:



Supervise workflow data transmission inside a Common Data Environment (CDE) using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360

· Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale teams of internal BIM Coordinators and Modelers. Deliver technology training workshops to external project stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

· Software Mastery: Expert command of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Graphisoft ArchiCAD.

· Framework Protocols: Thorough knowledge of ISO 19650 protocols and Level of Development frameworks ranging from LOD 200 to LOD 500.

· AEC Background: 5 to 4+ years of hands-on technical construction experience, including a minimum of 2–3 years in an explicit leadership or coordinator capacity.

· Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management

· Automation (Plusses): Background running scripts or visual programming setups using Dynamo or Python for custom Revit task automation.
