Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled MEP Designer to plan, design, and draft efficient Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- HVAC &
- Mechanical:

Design ductwork, piping layouts, and HVAC equipment schematics.

- Electrical: Draft power distribution, lighting, panel schedules, and low-voltage system layouts.

- Plumbing &

- Fire Protection:

Plan domestic water, drainage, stormwater, and fire protection networks.

- Drafting &

- Coordination:

Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP; perform clash detection.

- Compliance: Ensure all designs align with relevant building codes and safety standards.

Requirements

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil/Building Services Engineering.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP; strong knowledge of building services and statutory codes.

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination.
