Bond Interiors is looking for an MEP Designer to join our Trivandrum office and support our Dubai Head Office.
Position
MEP Designer
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Freshers to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Candidates with interior fit-out / MEP design experience will be preferred
Key Requirements
- Ability to read and understand MEP and interior fit-out drawings
- Experience in preparing MEP layouts and design drawings
- Valuable knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
- Ability to coordinate MEP services with architectural and interior drawings
- Knowledge of MEP design standards and basic engineering calculations
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to coordinate with and support the Dubai MEP / Design team
Salary ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
