RehabifyMe is a rehabilitation-focused platform that provides clear and useful information on psychiatric and physical rehabilitation. We are now developing a Medical Writing Course for students and healthcare professionals and are looking for an experienced subject matter expert to develop and record the course lessons.

About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Writing Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Course Instructor to create and record a series of professional video lessons for a Medical Writing Course to be offered by RehabifyMe.

The selected SME will develop the agreed course content and record approximately 40–45 classes covering areas such as medical writing, scientific writing, literature searching, research and review articles, referencing, publication, ethics, medical content writing, and the use of AI in medical writing.

The role is focused on subject expertise and professional on-camera delivery . The SME will not be responsible for video editing, post-production, course uploading, or technical production.

What You Will Do

- Develop and record approximately 40–45 course classes based on the agreed curriculum.
- Explain medical and scientific writing topics clearly and accurately.
- Use practical examples and relevant professional experience where appropriate.
- Present the lessons confidently and naturally on camera.
- Follow the agreed course structure and recording schedule.
- Review the course content and make necessary subject-related revisions.
- Ensure that the material presented is accurate, evidence-based, and appropriately referenced.

Qualifications
- Strong professional experience in medical or scientific writing .
- Experience with research papers, review articles,



scientific manuscripts, or medical content .
- Practical experience in literature searching, referencing, manuscript preparation, and journal publication .
- Excellent command of English , with strong vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and professional scientific communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex medical and scientific subjects clearly, naturally, and confidently .
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in recording professional educational videos on camera .
- Experience with peer-reviewed publications is preferred.
- Good understanding of research methodology, evidence-based writing, and publication ethics .

Educational & Certification Requirements

- A postgraduate qualification or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Medical Writing, or a related field is preferred.
- A recognized professional certification in Medical Writing, Scientific Writing, or a closely related area is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with recognized medical-writing credentials such as MWC® or other relevant skilled certifications may be considered favorably.

Recording & Production The SME will be responsible for developing and recording the agreed course lessons on camera . RehabifyMe will take care of:

- Recording equipment and setup
- Audio and video production
- Editing
- Graphics




- Captions and subtitles
- Presentation support
- Post-production
- Final course preparation and publication

The role does not require live classes or direct teaching of enrolled students. The completed recordings will be made available to learners through the RehabifyMe course.

Compensation:

₹25,000–₹30,000 fixed project fee, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, certification, and final course scope.

The final course structure, number of lessons, recording schedule, and deliverables will be agreed upon before the project begins.

The recorded lessons will be offered as part of a paid Medical Writing Course by RehabifyMe.

Terms relating to the use of the recordings, commercial use, licensing or ownership, duration of use, and use of the SME’s name or image will be agreed in writing before recording begins.

Application Requirements

Candidates should be able to commit to the complete agreed course and attend scheduled recording sessions until all assigned classes have been recorded.

Please also submit a 2–3 minute sample video in English , explaining any medical or scientific topic of your choice. This will help us assess your subject knowledge, English, vocabulary, pronunciation, clarity, and on-camera presentation.
