Key Responsibilities:
- Type and transcribe radiology reports, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
- Prepare and type patient discharge summaries as per doctors’ instructions.
- Proofread reports for spelling, grammar, medical terminology, and formatting accuracy.
- Ensure correct patient details and timely completion of reports.
- Enter and update reports in the Hospital Information System (HIS/EMR).
- Coordinate with doctors and concerned departments for corrections and pending reports.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and NABH documentation standards.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
