Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical transcription services to clients.
- Accurately code diagnoses using ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT codes.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation.
- Meet productivity targets and quality standards set by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in medical transcription or related field (freshers can apply).
- Robust typing speed with accuracy (minimum 60 wpm) and proficiency in English language.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology preferred but not mandatory.
- Any graduation degree (B.Tech Computers or equivalent) required; relevant certifications like CMT/CRC/CPT/MTC/MRT a plus.
