About the Opportunity

Even Healthcare is a fast-evolving healthcare services provider in India, delivering high-accuracy clinical documentation and transcription solutions to hospitals, clinics, and telemedicine platforms. We’re building the next-generation infrastructure for medical records by combining clinical precision with scalable digital workflows—enabling faster, safer, and more compliant patient care.

Role & Responsibilities

- Accurately transcribe physician dictations, discharge summaries, operative reports, and consultation notes into structured medical documentation.
- Ensure all transcribed records comply with HIPAA-guided privacy standards, clinical terminology, and institutional formatting protocols.
- Review and edit audio recordings for clarity, correct medical terminology, and proper grammar using EMR-compatible templates.
- Flag discrepancies or ambiguities in dictations for clinician review and maintain error logs for continuous quality improvement.




- Meet daily transcription targets while maintaining >98% accuracy and turnaround time SLAs.
- Collaborate with QA teams to implement feedback, update style guides, and adapt to new specialty-specific templates.
