Role Description The Medical Transcriptionist will be responsible for accurately listening to and transcribing audio recordings of medical consultations, reports, and clinical documentation into written records. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and editing transcriptions for clarity and correctness, ensuring proper usage of medical terminology, and maintaining patient confidentiality in all documentation. The role involves collaborating with physicians, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals to clarify information when needed and to ensure records align with clinical standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring consistent presence at the designated Sukino facility.

Qualifications

- Strong transcription skills, including Transcribing and Transcription Services, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Medical Terminology for specialties such as Nephrology, Cardiology, Neurology, and Oncology.

- Fast and accurate Typing skills, with familiarity in transcription software and digital documentation tools.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and healthcare documentation standards.

- Excellent listening, comprehension, and written communication skills in English.

- Prior experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or in a similar healthcare documentation role is preferred.

- Certificate or formal training in medical transcription or healthcare documentation is an advantage.

- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams.
