We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative to own our hospital channel across Tamil Nadu. You will build tie-ups with hospitals and clinics, get doctors to recommend HappyWalk footwear, and manage these accounts end to end. Most of the work will be in Chennai, with regular travel to other major cities in the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics and speciality centres (orthopaedic, diabetology, physiotherapy, podiatry, rheumatology) for partnerships
- Meet doctors, hospital administrators and purchase teams to present HappyWalk products and tie-up models, including shop-in-shop and referral arrangements
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, and coordinate onboarding with the operations team
- Build a steady doctor referral network through regular visits and follow-ups
- Manage existing hospital accounts: stock, displays, order flow, payments and issue resolution
- Organise foot health camps, CME sessions and product demonstrations at partner hospitals
- Achieve monthly targets for current tie-ups and hospital channel sales
- Track competitor activity and share market feedback with management
- Maintain daily call reports and a visit plan, and report progress [weekly] to the directors
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
