About the Company HIM Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. operates in the manufacturing sector, specializing in sheet metal components and tractor parts. We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Mechanical Engineer to support our Production and Research & Development (R&D;) activities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
2. Assist in production planning, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
3. Understand engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
4. Work with sheet metal components, tractor parts, and related manufacturing operations.
5. Support quality control activities and ensure products meet defined quality standards.
6. Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
7. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D; teams.
8. Assist in new product development, product trials, and process validation.
9. Maintain production reports, process documentation,



and other technical records.
10. Follow workplace safety procedures and company quality standards.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and tractor components.
- Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in sheet metal or tractor parts.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may be considered if suitable.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
