- Good understanding of TPM, RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone and reliability improvement.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work closely with Production and other cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to take ownership and work in a high-output, 247 manufacturing environment.
