MBA Intern - Manufacturing/Supply Chain

About The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious MBA Intern to work on high-impact transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain, powered by data and AI. This role is ideal for someone with strong business process understanding, comfort with data, and the drive to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow fast.

Duration

3–6 month internship, with potential for full time conversion based on performance.

Responsibilities

- Research manufacturing processes and product solutions to understand how different systems enable workflows, decisions, and transformation outcomes

- Conduct detailed process mapping across manufacturing and supply chain functions (systems, processes, data) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

- Support cross-system requirement definitions across ERP, PLM, CRM, BI etc.

- Help build manufacturing and supply chain templates, KPI frameworks, and business context models

- Translate business challenges into structured functional, data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions

Requirements

- MBA student/graduate, or Master’s degree in a supply chain/operations/manufacturing field

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field

- Good understanding of data, analytics, and business problem solving

- Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain processes and systems

- Excellent communication and structured thinking

- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment
