Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptionally articulate, tech-savvy, and highly qualified Mathematics educator based in India for a unique phased career opportunity. Phase 1 (Initial): You will deliver world-class online math instruction to U.S. students 100% remotely from your home office anywhere in India. Phase 2 (Future): You will transition into a permanent, full-time onsite role at our physical corporate office and high-tech broadcasting hub in Bangalore. In this phase, you will continue to teach U.S. students online, but you will operate from our state-of-the-art campus alongside a collaborative community of elite educators. Because you will be teaching live classes to students in the United States, your working hours will permanently align with standard U.S.



daytime hours (Night shifts in India Standard Time - IST).

Key Responsibilities: Advanced Online Instruction: Deliver highly engaging, synchronous live math classes to U.S. learners using advanced interactive video tools. Break down concepts ranging from Algebra and Geometry to Calculus.

EdTech & Infrastructure Mastery: Seamlessly utilize digital whiteboards, graphing software (e.g., Desmos), and virtual math manipulatives. Transition smoothly to using professional studio broadcasting equipment once onsite. LMS & Assessment Management: Manage course modules, assignments, and digital exams using Learning Management Systems like Canvas or Blackboard. Provide rigorous, timely grading.

Elite Communication: Maintain flawless, proactive written and verbal correspondence with U.S. students, academic advisors, and administrative teams.

Collaborative Development: Participate in career development, peer reviews, and curriculum design workshops (virtually during Phase 1, and in-person during Phase 2).

Qualifications & Requirements: Education: A Master’s Degree (M.Sc., M.A., or M.Ed.) or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Mathematics Education from a recognized university is strictly required. Communication Skills: Elite,



flawless command of the English language (both written and spoken). Must possess an engaging, high-energy virtual presence and a globally accessible accent easily understood by U.S. students.

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of teaching mathematics, with a proven track record of virtual instruction or handling international school/college curricula.

Tech Savviness & Tools: Highly proficient with modern educational technology. Phase 1 requires a dedicated, quiet home office with high-speed fiber internet, power backup, and a digital writing tablet/stylus. Shift & Location Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work permanent U.S. time-zone night shifts. A clear intent and readiness to relocate to Bangalore for the future onsite office phase.
