We are looking for Mathematics Experts to contribute to a short-term AI evaluation project involving advanced mathematical problem-solving and reasoning.

This opportunity is suited to professionals with strong academic expertise in Mathematics who can develop rigorous problems and clear, step-by-step solutions.

What You'll Do

- Design and solve challenging mathematical problems for AI evaluation
- Create clear, accurate, step-by-step solutions
- Develop high-quality evaluation data and reasoning examples
- Analyze complex reasoning pathways and identify areas where AI systems may struggle
- Collaborate with research teams to align task design with evaluation objectives
- Contribute to evaluation benchmarks covering mathematics from early undergraduate through PhD-level topics
- Work on areas involving symbolic manipulation, abstraction, and multi-step reasoning Maths_Expert_Task_Based_JD

What We're Looking For

- PhD in Mathematics or an equivalent technical field
- Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills




- Strong mathematical foundation from advanced undergraduate through graduate/PhD-level concepts
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts through structured reasoning
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations
- Strong lateral and creative thinking
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Prior experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required. Maths_Expert_Task_Based_JD Engagement Details Locations: Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, Turkey & Vietnam

Work Mode: Remote

Engagement: Short-term contract

Duration: 12 weeks

Availability: At least 4 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week

Schedule: 4 hours of PST overlap required
