Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing / Sales Executive (Fresher) to support lead generation, client coordination, and sales activities. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals
- Assist in sales presentations and client meetings
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and documentation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis




- Maintain CRM and prepare basic sales reports

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Comfortable with MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and calling
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Basic digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
- Field visits and client interaction readiness

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,883.67 per month
