Position: Sales Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our real estate sales function, manage our Sales team, and drive revenue and business growth across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate our sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive bookings, revenue and conversions.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, including lead management, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Build solid relationships with HNI clients, channel partners, brokers and key customers.
- Monitor individual and team performance, identify gaps and improve productivity.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop sales team members.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Management teams to optimise lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for the Director.




- Ensure a strong customer experience throughout the sales and booking process.

Candidate Profile
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate sales.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large sales teams.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of the Gwalior/MP real estate market will be an advantage.
- Strong network among brokers/channel partners/HNI clients would be preferred.
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Compensation CTC: No fixed upper limit. Compensation will be decided based on the candidate's last drawn salary, experience, current market value and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
