Marketing Manager – Printing Industry

Jerry’s Printshop is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with robust knowledge of the printing industry to drive business development, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
- Generate new B2B leads and develop existing customer relationships.
- Promote commercial printing, digital printing, signage, large-format printing, and industrial/commercial labels.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and motivate the marketing/sales team.
- Coordinate with production, design, pre-press, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor sales targets, leads, quotations, and conversions.
- Support digital marketing, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and networking activities.





Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/sales experience, preferably in the printing industry.
- Good understanding of commercial printing, signage, large-format printing, and label printing.
- Strong B2B sales and business-development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-management skills.
- Proven supervisory/team-management ability.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Experience in packaging, advertising, branding, or FMCG industries will be an advantage.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and industry knowledge, with performance incentives. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
