Job Specification Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's online and offline marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the GOEEN brand, increasing market visibility, generating leads, analyzing marketing performance, and developing strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Plan and execute SEO, digital marketing, social media, and lead-generation campaigns.

- Monitor website performance, search rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.

- Manage brand-building activities and develop strategies for brand growth and market positioning.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis.

- Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities, including dealer promotions, events, exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.

- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Creative, and Management teams.

- Track campaign ROI, lead quality, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.

- Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies for business expansion.





- Maintain consistent brand communication across digital and offline platforms.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing.

- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.

- Strong Data Analytics and Marketing Analytics skills.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing tools.

- Ability to analyze marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.

- Strong understanding of Brand Management and Brand Growth.

- Market research and competitor analysis skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and team-management skills.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.

Additional Advantage

- Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization.

- Experience in the Automobile / EV / Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools will be an advantage.
