Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing initiatives across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C segments. The role will focus on brand building, campaigns, PR, events, digital presence, agency management, and lead generation for Augmont and its businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital, B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- Drive exhibitions, trade shows, jeweller meets, roadshows, and industry events.
- Manage PR, social media, website, SEO, creative, and digital agencies.
- Strengthen the brand presence of Augmont, Augmont SPOT, refineries, and other group businesses.
- Manage website content, Google Business Profiles, branch/store listings, and digital platforms.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp, SMS, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Support lead generation, tracking, conversion, and campaign performance reporting.
- Manage marketing vendors, billing, budgets,



and marketing collateral/inventory.
- Support Director/leadership branding, LinkedIn content, media connects, and executive communication.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, PR, Digital, and other teams to support business growth.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, lead quality, and agency deliverables.

Key Skills & Experience

- 8–10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in Gold/Precious Metals, Jewellery, Financial Services, or E-commerce.
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, events, exhibitions, roadshows, campaign management, and agency management.
- Working knowledge of digital/performance marketing, lead funnels, website management, PR, and social media.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and execution skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple agencies, projects, and senior stakeholders.
- Creative, proactive, and commercially oriented approach with robust attention to detail.
