About Pioneer Petro Chem

Pioneer Petro Chem is one of North India's leading names in lubricants and base oils. We manufacture finished lubricants (gear oil, hydraulic oil, engine oil, thermic oil, transformer oil and grease) for major OEMs and industries, and we're a trusted channel partner of IOC, BPC, HPC, HMEL and Nayara across Delhi NCR and North India.

We're also one of the few authorised EPR licence holders in India for used-oil recycling. At our own refinery we collect used oil, re-refine it and give it a second life, building a more sustainable future for the industry. With new blending units, an IP-grade paraffin oil plant and an in-house NABL lab coming up, this is a big growth phase for us, and we want our brand to tell that story loudly.

Who we're looking for

We want recent graduates who are creative, full of ideas and not afraid to be the face of a brand. If you light up in front of a camera, love making content and want to make an "oil company" look cool, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

- Come up with fresh, creative marketing ideas and campaigns for Pioneer and our sustainability/recycling work




- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, LinkedIn videos, ads, behind-the-scenes at our plant and refinery)
- Be on camera as a presenter or host for brand content
- Design social media posts, brochures and creatives on Canva
- Help manage and grow our Instagram and LinkedIn presence
- Work directly with leadership on brand and digital initiatives

What we're looking for

- Recent graduate (any stream; marketing, mass media, design or communications is a plus)
- Very creative, with a strong eye for content and trends
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera
- Good with Canva and graphic design
- Able to shoot and edit videos (phone or camera; CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar)
- Self-starter who loves pitching ideas and making them happen
