Founded by an IIM Calcutta alumnus who has witnessed widespread mis-selling in the market, the firm is built on the belief that every buyer deserves straightforward, transparent advice.

About the role

Peaceful Loans is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive to be our voice on Reddit: someone who writes clear, original, genuinely useful posts and comments on personal finance, loans, economics and money maths.

This is full time role, don't apply if you are still a student and cant give 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM daily to this role.

Reddit readers spot generic or AI-written text instantly. We want a sharp, curious person who can explain a number properly, in their own words, and earn trust one thread at a time.

What you will do

- Write original Reddit posts and comments on personal finance, borrowing, credit, interest, inflation and the wider economy, in plain and accurate English.
- Turn numbers into explanations: EMIs, interest rates, compounding, loan comparisons, with the working shown and the maths checked.
- Find and track relevant subreddits and conversations, learn each community's rules and tone, and take part without spamming or hard-selling.
- Answer questions from real people helpfully, and disclose your affiliation wherever a subreddit requires it.
- Plan a weekly content calendar and share simple reports on posts, upvotes, comments and the conversations that led to enquiries.




- Fact-check every claim against reliable sources before it goes live, and flag any topic that needs compliance review.

What we are looking for
- Real interest in finance and economics: you read about interest rates, inflation, markets or personal finance for fun.
- Strong maths: comfortable with percentages, ratios, compound interest and easy financial calculations, and able to explain them step by step.
- Excellent written English that is clear, correct and in your own voice. All content must be written by you, without AI tools.
- Curiosity and humility: you check facts, accept feedback and say "I don't know" instead of guessing.
- Regular Reddit use. You understand upvotes, karma, subreddit rules and how communities react to promotion.
- Discipline to work consistently, meet weekly publishing targets and manage your own time.

Educational qualification
- Mathematics: above 90% in each year from Class 5 to Class 10, or the equivalent grade or score in your board or curriculum.
- English: above 80% in each year from Class 5 to Class 10, or the equivalent.
- Marksheets are verified at the interview stage. Candidates from any board (CBSE, ICSE, State, IB, IGCSE or others) are welcome.

Good to have
- Prior writing on Reddit, a blog, Quora or a personal finance forum, with a link we can read.
- A degree or coursework in commerce, economics, statistics, mathematics or finance.
- Familiarity with Indian lending terms such as EMI, CIBIL score,



APR and prepayment.

What this role is not This is not a copy-paste, automation or bulk-posting job. It is also not a sales-calling role. We measure quality of writing and trust earned, not volume alone.

Selection process

Selection has three rounds, and the first is a writing test. Candidates must clear each round to move to the next.
1. Application screening: CV, a short note on why finance interests you, and one writing sample or Reddit profile link.
2. Round 1, writing test: a timed, supervised piece, such as explaining a loan or interest-rate concept to a beginner, plus a few maths problems.
3. Round 2, interview: a discussion of your writing test, your finance and economics knowledge, and how you reason through money and maths questions.
4. Round 3, final interview: fit, availability and working hours, plus a short live writing exercise. Class 5 to 10 marksheets are verified at this stage.
