Role Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is organized, proactive, and knows how to get things moving.

What you’ll be doing:

• E-commerce Platform Management – Manage day-to-day activities across our website and e-commerce marketplaces.

• Agency Coordination & Follow-ups – Coordinate with performance marketing, social media, creative, PR and other agencies to ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Marketing Campaign Execution – Assist with campaigns, offers, product launches,



website promotions and marketplace activities.

• Shopify & Website Management – Handle basic Shopify operations including products, collections, discounts, inventory and website updates.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Maintain marketing trackers, monitor campaign performance and keep track of key sales and marketing numbers.

• Cross-Team Coordination – Work closely with design, CRM, operations, product and other internal teams.

• Problem Solving & Ownership – Identify day-to-day issues, find solutions and take ownership of getting tasks closed.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

- Good understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
- Basic working knowledge of Shopify
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organised and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Experience with a D2C/beauty brand is a plus
