IKey Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom walk-ins, answer phone/online queries, and provide a premium retail experience.

- Product Presentation: Explain motorcycle features, specifications, pricing variants, and finance options.

- Test Rides & Events: Coordinate and lead test rides; take part in outdoor marketing roadshows, community rides, and promotional events.

- Lead Management: Follow up with prospective buyers and track lead status using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or DMS (Dealer Management Systems).

- Coordination: Work with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers.

- Market Research: Keep up to date with competitor products, pricing strategies, and local two-wheeler trends.
