Job Summary

Marketing Executive with a strong background in content writing, copywriting and marketing, preferably from a content/digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing content, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing marketing dashboards and reports, and supporting overall marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should combine strong writing skills with marketing understanding, analytical ability and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with Canva, PowerPoint and AI tools is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop engaging marketing content, copy, captions, campaign content and communication material across various platforms.
- Work closely with marketing teams and external content/creative agencies to execute content and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with agencies on content briefs, timelines, deliverables and revisions.
- Understand brand positioning and ensure all content is aligned with IGI's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Prepare and maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign and content performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports, MIS and performance presentations for management review.
- Analyse marketing data and identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.




- Support marketing campaigns, launches, events and other brand initiatives with relevant content.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and marketing decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Use Canva to create presentations, marketing creatives, reports and other visual communication materials.
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, research, content optimisation, reporting and improving marketing productivity.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to support marketing strategy.
- Maintain marketing/content calendars and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Work closely with design, digital, PR, social media and other marketing stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience working with a Content Agency / Digital Marketing Agency / Creative Agency is mandatory.
- Solid experience in Copywriting and Content Writing.
- Must have a Marketing background and understand marketing campaigns, branding and communication.
- Experience in preparing Marketing Dashboards, MIS and Marketing Reports.
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools for content and marketing is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
