# – Marketing & Training Executive

### Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Training Executive with experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with exposure to Mutual Funds, Broking, or Capital Markets.

The candidate should be creative, confident in communication, and capable of creating engaging marketing creatives and videos for digital platforms. The role will also involve conducting product/platform training and supporting marketing initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

Create engaging marketing creatives, promotional content, and videos for various digital platforms.

Develop content for social media, product promotions, campaigns, presentations, and platform awareness.

Conduct training sessions and product/platform demonstrations for internal teams, partners, distributors, or customers.

Explain products, platforms, features, and processes in a simple and effective manner.

Coordinate with marketing, business, product, and sales teams for campaigns and training requirements.





Support the development of training materials, presentations, videos, and user guides.

Travel to different locations for training sessions, business meetings, events, and client/partner engagements.

Understand business requirements and convert them into effective communication and creative content.

Stay updated with industry trends, products, and digital marketing practices.

### Required Skills

2–5 years of relevant experience in BFSI / Financial Services.

Experience in Mutual Funds, Broking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or related BFSI domains preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Valuable presentation and training skills.

Ability to conduct classroom/online training and product demonstrations.

Hands-on experience in creating marketing creatives, reels/videos, presentations, and digital content.

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar creative/video-editing platforms.
