Nuvayu Tech is a technology consulting and software engineering company. We help startups, SMEs, and enterprises build, modernize, and scale digital products, from custom software and cloud to CRM, eCommerce, and AI integrations.

We're growing, and we're expanding our business development and marketing team.

The Role

You'll help us find and win new clients. This is a hands-on role at the center of how Nuvayu Tech grows. You'll work closely with our leadership team, see the results of your work, and learn how a technology consulting business wins and grows long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

- Research and build lists of potential clients across startups, SMEs, and enterprises
- Run LinkedIn and email outreach, then follow up and book discovery calls
- Support content and social media for our company page: posts, graphics, and campaigns
- Track leads and conversations in a easy CRM so nothing slips through
- Prepare proposals, pitch material, and case-study content with the team
- Report weekly on what's working, what isn't, and what to try next

What We're Looking For

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business development, digital marketing, or sales (internships count)
- Clear written and spoken English, with confidence writing a cold message that doesn't sound like a template
- Comfort with LinkedIn, email outreach, and basic tools like Canva and a CRM




- Curiosity about technology and the businesses that use it. You don't need to be technical, but you should want to understand what we do
- Self-starter attitude: you follow up, you keep track, and you don't wait to be told twice

Nice to Have

- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or B2B sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools
- A portfolio of content, campaigns, or outreach you've worked on
