We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support the hospital’s marketing and outreach activities. The candidate will assist in promoting hospital services, coordinating with external contacts, organizing awareness activities, and maintaining good relationships with patients, doctors, companies, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing hospital marketing and promotional activities.

- Coordinate hospital outreach programs, health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.

- Visit nearby companies, institutions, clinics, and other organizations for business development and referrals.

- Build and maintain good relationships with doctors, corporate clients, and referral sources.

- Support the marketing team in increasing patient visits and hospital services utilization.

- Assist with social media, promotional materials, campaigns, and digital marketing activities.

- Collect market feedback and competitor information and share it with the management.

- Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, and marketing activity records.

- Coordinate with internal departments to support marketing campaigns and events.

- Handle enquiries and provide information about hospital services professionally.





- Perform other marketing and administrative activities assigned by the management.

Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid coordination and relationship-building skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing.

- Good presentation and convincing skills.

- Ability to interact confidently with doctors, patients, companies, and the public.

- Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Any Degree / MBA – Marketing preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years in Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Business Development, or a related field preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and marketing skills may also be considered.

Key Performance Areas (KPA)

- Patient referrals and lead generation.

- Corporate and institutional tie-ups.

- Outreach programs and health camp coordination.

- Marketing visits and follow-up activities.

- Achievement of assigned marketing targets.

- Maintenance of marketing reports and databases.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
