Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Intern to join our team at our Pune office. This is an on-site internship designed for individuals who are passionate about research, data analysis, and business strategy.

As a Market Research Intern, you will support ongoing research projects by collecting, validating, organizing, and analyzing data from both primary and secondary research sources. You will assist in conducting market sizing, competitor benchmarking, industry trend analysis, customer insights, and opportunity assessments across multiple sectors.

The role offers hands-on exposure to the complete market research lifecycle,



including data collection, analysis, report preparation, presentation development, and client deliverables. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and project managers, participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain research databases, and ensure the accuracy and quality of project documentation.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical research, analytical, and consulting skills while working on global market intelligence projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills to support data-driven assessments and generate meaningful business insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal Communication skills to prepare professional reports, presentations, and client-ready deliverables.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and support external stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel (including data cleaning, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Charts); familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, survey platforms, or other data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
