Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in manufacturing executive roles with a focus on plant operations or project management.
- Green Belt certification in Lean Manufacturing or equivalent experience implementing kaizen initiatives.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, control systems, and supply chain management.
- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence through continuous improvement efforts.
