Role Description The Managing Director role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad.

The Managing

Director will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and performance monitoring across manufacturing, sales, and service functions. This role will involve leading senior teams, setting operational goals, ensuring quality standards, and driving business growth in PSA nitrogen, PSA oxygen, and biogas plant segments.

The Managing

Director will maintain key client relationships, explore new markets, and manage major contracts and partnerships.

Responsibilities also include compliance with regulatory and safety norms, budgeting and resource allocation,



and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior managers.

- Proven experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or plant operations, ideally in gas generation or energy systems.

- Business strategy, financial planning, and budgeting skills, including experience in P&L; management and growth planning.

- Client relationship management, contract negotiation, and business development capabilities in B2B or industrial markets.

- Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and quality standards relevant to industrial plants and engineering projects.

- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven management.

- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate closely with production, engineering, and sales teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.

- Experience at director, general manager, or senior leadership level in a manufacturing or engineering organization is preferred.
