Role Purpose

This role is essentially a Finance Business Partner / FP&A; Lead for Global Operations Finance with a robust focus on manufacturing operations, financial planning, stakeholder management, and performance reporting.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and business variances.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Continuously improve forecasting and planning processes.

Reporting & Month-End Close

- Lead monthly book close activities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Coordinate reporting requirements and ensure adherence to reporting calendars.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests.

Business Partnering

- Partner with Site Functional Leaders, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Finance teams.




- Collaborate with Corporate FP&A; to meet reporting deadlines and expectations.
- Drive financial performance, accountability, and business outcomes.

Manufacturing & Operations Finance

- Support cost optimization and productivity initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Work with Planning and Supply Chain teams to improve financial performance.
- Support capital project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Governance & Process Management

- Act as the key finance contact for Shared Service Centre activities.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Work with IT teams on financial systems and reporting enhancements.
