Job Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company policies, cGMP requirements, and Workplace, Health & Safety (EHS) standards, including ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.

- Maintain high standards of self-discipline, workplace hygiene, and GMP practices within the department.

- Plan, coordinate, and achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets while maintaining predefined quality standards and organizational objectives.

- Optimize utilization of available resources, including manpower, machinery, materials, and budget, to achieve operational excellence and minimize deviations.

- Monitor and control consumption of consumables, stationery, and other departmental resources to ensure cost efficiency.

- Lead, guide, and develop team members through regular training, coaching, performance monitoring, and skill enhancement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to documentation practices, SOPs, batch records, logbooks, and all applicable GMP documentation requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance productivity, improve machine performance, and reduce operational risks.

- Prepare, review,



and ensure timely closure of investigations related to incidents, deviations, change controls, risk assessments, CAPAs, and other quality system requirements.

- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation for critical operations and equipment.

- Ensure effective implementation of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements across all manufacturing activities.

- Stay updated with advancements in pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory expectations.

- Ensure smooth departmental operations and assume additional responsibilities during the absence of Officers, Executives, or other designated personnel.
