Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional with 3–4 years of experience in branding, advertising, experiential marketing, or event management. The ideal candidate should possess a strong creative mindset, excellent coordination skills, and a keen eye for detail. She should be enthusiastic about creating impactful brand experiences, managing multiple projects, and working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of brand activations, product launches, conferences, and corporate events.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, production teams, and venue partners.
- Assist in concept development, presentations, and proposal creation.
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail across all deliverables.




- Support branding and communication requirements for client campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to bring fresh ideas and trends.
- Manage on-ground event execution and troubleshoot operational challenges.

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and experiential marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project coordination tools.
- Experience in agency, advertising, activation, or event management industry preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
