Job Summary

As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- With a focus on SAP BW and SAP BPC, the development and deployment of business Intelligence Solutions to support evolutionary business change requirements
- Specify, design and develop business / process enhancing BI solutions using preferred business reporting tools and data warehouses. Preferred tools / DBs being SAP BW, SAP BPC, Oracle DB
- Support established in-house developed BW / BPC solutions
- Document existing BW / BPC solution to assist in migration to various reporting platforms.
- Add value to existing business processes / procedures by improving efficiency and effectiveness Skills, qualifications knowledge

- On the job current experience of: Extensive hands on experience of specifying, designing and developing process enhancing business intelligence solutions using SAP BW,



SAP BPC and Oracle DB

- Using full features of the Data Transfer Process (DTP), Transformations, Data Store Objects (DSO).
- Able to Model and build Info cubes, Info objects, Info sets and Multi Providers. Ability to write reports using BEx Query Designer and Analyser.

- Solid technical problem solving

- Excellent communication skills
- SAP Business Planning and Consolidation: Setting up environment, configuring models and dimension, enabling seamless integration of master data and hierarchies with underlying transaction systems

- Configuring Transformation and conversion files, data manager packages, package links for extracting and performing task on data.
- Setting up the initial ownership structure and defining the rate input templates

- Drafting currency translation rules (both periodical YTD), elimination and adjustment rules, US elimination rules
