We are excited to mention an opening in a Japanese Based MNC for the location of Pune & Kolkata for the Position of Manager / Deputy Manager - sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with distributors, dealers and sub-dealers to drive sales, market share and price realization.
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for excavators and heavy equipment.
- Analyse competitor products, pricing, market activity and new machinery launches.
- Identify high-potential markets by analysing regional infrastructure, construction and mining trends.
- Collaborate with regional sales and application teams to align marketing initiatives with business targets.

Preferred Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.




- Mandatory experience in Construction Heavy Equipment / Earthmoving Equipment / Mining Vehicles.
- Solid experience in Dealer Management / Channel Management / Regional Sales & Marketing.
- BE / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Hindi language proficiency mandatory for Pune location.
- Bengali language proficiency – mandatory for Kolkata location.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
