Role Description This is a full-time, in office Manager Purchase role based in the Mohali district.

The Manager

Purchase is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for diagnostic equipment and related components, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization. Day-to-day tasks include planning purchase requirements based on production forecasts, issuing purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring timely availability of materials. The role involves evaluating supplier performance, maintaining cost-effective procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards for medical devices.





The Manager

Purchase will collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality, and finance teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce procurement risks, and support continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Manager – Stores, Purchase & Import

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or ECE

Industry: Electronics Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of electronic components, PCBs, consumables, and spare parts.
- Handle vendor development, quotations, price negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Manage stores, GRN, inventory control, stock verification, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate imports, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and CHA activities.
- Handle import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Entry, BL/AWB, and related records.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and logistics partners.
- Maintain ERP records, MIS reports, and audit documentation.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Purchase, Stores, and Import Management.
- Electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic components, BOM, customs clearance, and import procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
