? Hiring: Manager – Java, React & OpenShift

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Pune

We are looking for a strong technical leader with hands-on experience in Java, React and OpenShift to lead application development, technical design and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development and implementation of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React and microservices architecture .
- Provide strong technical direction across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , from requirement analysis and solution design through development, testing and production deployment.
- Drive application deployment and containerized workloads on OpenShift , working closely with DevOps, Infrastructure and Architecture teams.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions, application architecture and reusable components .
- Lead and mentor technical teams, conduct design/code reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work with REST APIs, web services, Git, CI/CD and Agile development practices .
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, resilient and maintainable , following engineering and architectural best practices.
- Collaborate with architects,



business analysts, QA, infrastructure and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful releases.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience , with strong Java-based application development.
- 2+ years of technical/team leadership experience .
- Robust experience in Agile delivery and SDLC .
- Experience in system analysis, technical requirements and high-level solution design.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

⭐ What We're Looking For We are specifically looking for a technically strong candidate who is still hands-on , rather than someone focused purely on people management.

Strong Java + React + OpenShift experience is mandatory.
