Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily property operations and ensure room/property readiness
- Supervise housekeeping staff, duty rosters and quality standards
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, requests and complaints
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors and supplies
- Monitor inventory, cleanliness, safety and property standards
- Coordinate with the Reservations Team for arrivals, departures & special requests
- Maintain operational reports and ensure a smooth guest experience

Location: Gopalpur, Odisha

Experience: 0–1 years preferred

Qualification: Hotel/Hospitality Management

Salary: ₹17,000 during probation → ₹19,000 after confirmation + Accommodation
