Role & responsibilities :

- Manpower Planning and complete recruitments at all levels.

- Lead onboarding, induction, training, skill development, and competency enhancement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.

- Partner with plant leadership and department heads on people-related matters.

- Drive employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, systems, and requirements of quality, customer, and certification audits (IATF, ISO, customer audits, etc.).

- Monitor HR metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity, retention, and employee satisfaction.

- Monthly MIS Reviews Promote organization culture, values,



and harmonious industrial relations across the plant.

Salary structuring, with good knowledge of related laws like PF, ESI, LWF, Skilled Tax, Gratuity, Bonus etc.

Preferred candidate profile

- Male Candidate - MBA in Human Resources (Regular Degree Only)

- 12-15+ years of HR experience in manufacturing environment.

- Strong experience in recruitment, training amp; development, employee relations, grievance handling, policy formulation, and HR audits.Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

- Age - 35-45 Years
