Role & responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HRBP and trusted advisor to business leaders and employees.
- Drive the complete Performance Management / PMS cycle, including goal setting,
reviews, calibration and PIP governance.
- Partner with the Rewards & Recognition team to strengthen employee recognition programs.
- Analyze engagement, attrition and performance data and recommend people interventions.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts and employee relations matters.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development and people-experience initiatives.
- Partner with TA, L&D; and HR Operations on workforce and capability requirements.
- Support HR policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide HR dashboards, reporting and insights to senior leadership.
