Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition 80%

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Projects, Engineering, Corporate and support functions.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, consultants, referrals and other channels.
- Work closely with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche real estate roles.
- Manage recruitment consultants and negotiate commercials where required.

HR Operations – 20%

- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exits.
- Support HR policies, documentation, HRMS and employee records.




- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and leave-related processes.
- Support performance management, employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports for management review.

Candidate Profile:

- 8-12 years of HR experience with strong hands-on Talent Acquisition exposure.
- Real estate/construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience in volume and niche hiring.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
