Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ensure Proper assessment of risk in the business proposals underwritten with appropriate acceptance terms and take sign off for cases beyond limit.
2. Ensure adherance to Underwriting guilines of the company and update systems accordingly.
3. Manage team of underwriters and ensure timely clerance of cases with positive quality.
4. Manage volumes within TAT. Capable of Handling Reinsurer MIS data
5.
Ensure Compliance to regulatory and legal framework
6. Timely closure of volumes assigned for the day
7. Engage in risk and underwriting efficiency improvement projects and provide inputs
8. Provide inputs for bringing best Industry practices and revise underwriting guidelines periodically.
9. Engage in mentoring and training of Underwriters
Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Science/Pharma
Experience
Minimum 7 years of Underwriting experience
