Role & responsibilities
Business Controlling
Cash flow forecasting and cash management
Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards)
Statutory/external audit experience
Month-end closing activities
Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents
Managerial experience, including handling and guiding team members
Solid knowledge of GST is essential
Experience with ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, or Oracle ERP is preferred
Experience in process automation to optimize turnaround time and reduce manual intervention
Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline finance processes
Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage, particularly for creating dashboards and financial report
