Experience Centre Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Experience Centre Manager who will be the face of our clients Experience Centre for B2B visitors. The role involves managing visitor engagement, creating impactful experiences, driving footfalls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive relevant B2B footfalls to the Experience Centre through internal business divisions and external events.
- Manage visitor engagement and ensure timely follow-ups to strengthen customer relationships.
- Design and deliver curated walkthroughs, events and customer experiences.
- Train and guide the on-ground team to deliver high-quality walkthroughs and customer interactions.
- Ensure proper upkeep, repair and maintenance of the Experience Centre.
- Prepare regular performance reports, visitor data and updates for the Head Office.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
- Understand visitor requirements and effectively communicate the company's solutions, products and capabilities.

Qualification:

- B.Arch / B.E. Civil Engineering preferred.

- Basic data analytics and business understanding
- Valuable understanding of construction and building materials
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills

Experience:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in:
- Customer-facing / customer engagement roles
- Influencer specification / architect & consultant engagement
- Experience Centre / showroom management
- Hospitality / premium customer experience
- Building materials / construction industry

Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 5-10 Years.

Qualification: B.Arch / B.E. Civil
