Job Summary:

Senior Facility & Admin Manager - To join our team who will be incharge of a ground + 8 floor, state of art building, ensuring our tenants get a good experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Appointing & Monitoring AMC vendors like AC, Fire Fighting, Pest Control & getting timely service from them.





· Gardening / Carpentary / Electrical / Plumbing / Air Condition / Painting and other repair & maintenance.

· Taking care of housekeeping activities and monitoring quality of work.

· Knowledge of computer (MS: Word, Excel & Outlook & networking work). Proficient Google workspace, basic technical proficiency – ability to troubleshoot minor PC issue.

· Cost optimisation by getting the lowest quotes for various admin, office stationery & IT related products, finalising& maintaining inventories.

· Vendor Negotiation skills & procurement handling.

· Experience in current office setup and administrative coordination.

· Experience in selling old office furniture and managing the disposal process.

· Knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI tools.

· Friendly, cheerful & helpful approach

· Proficiency in English is mandatory for this role.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
