Must-Have Skills

1. This is an IC (individual contributor) role
2. Need someone who has a good manufacturing experience (any product-based company)
3. single point of contact for all Direct Tax and FEMA matters, while coordinating extensively with EY, PwC, legal counsels, and APAC/Global Tax teams for litigation and compliance
4. Direct Tax compliance (Advance Tax, TDS, ITR, TP Audit, GAAP reconciliations, Corporate Tax reporting)
5. Transfer Pricing (TP Study, Master File, CbCR, Benefit Test, Royalty reviews)
6. Tax Litigation (High Court, ITAT, CIT(A), AO, TPO)
7. Audits (Tax,



TP, Internal, US GAAP, SOX)
8. Overseas entity operations (monthly book close, tax audits, compliance) - Tax planning & cost optimization (ETR strategies, DTAA claims, consultant fee rationalization)

9. Only CA candidates

10. Communication excellent
