Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Drive the annual strategic planning cycle and support the formulation of 3-to-5-year corporate and business unit growth plans.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, macroeconomic shifts, and competitor moves to identify potential threats and growth opportunities.
- Quantitative & Financial Modeling: Build robust business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses for recent initiatives, investments, partnerships, or M&A; (Mergers & Acquisitions).
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects partnering with Finance, Operations, Product, Legal, and HR.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic milestones to ensure business units stay aligned with overarching corporate goals.
- Proven track record of managing operations or strategy across multiple geographies, specifically the Middle East, USA, and India.
