We’re Hiring | Manager - Corporate Sales

Real Property is a Pune-based commercial real estate company working across commercial real estate. We’re looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our outright commercial property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of commercial properties through outright transactions
2. Generate and develop new business opportunities
3. Build strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients
4. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties
5. Manage the sales process from lead generation to negotiation and closure
6. Conduct property presentations and site visits
7. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close transactions
8. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth
9. Maintain strong knowledge of the Pune commercial real estate market





What we’re looking for:

1. Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
2. Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
3. Target-oriented and proactive approach
4. Strong sales and closing skills
5. Experience in commercial real estate sales preferred
6. Ability to independently manage leads and clients
