Minimum Education Qualification: Post Graduation from a reputed institution

5+ years of experience in Mortgages / Home loans / Business loans / NBFC / Hard Bucket collections / agency management and a valuable understanding of sec 138 and the arbitration process

Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections

Developing Communication / Legal letters / correspondence for the delinquent customers

Collection Management

Effectively collecting the due amount from the customers by following a proper code of conduct during the collection process.

Conducting detailed background checks before appointing an agency

Managing the sale of the property after receiving a court order

Appointing agencies at branch locations, allocating cases, and monitoring their performance

Cost Management: Tracking and controlling delinquency and managing the cost of collections of those clients who are due from post 90 days
