We are looking for talented and driven Associates to join a client-facing management consulting team. This role involves leading project workstreams, developing strategic recommendations, solving complex business challenges, and contributing to high-impact client engagements across industries.

Role & responsibilities

- Build strong client relationships and support strategic decision-making
- Independently manage and lead multiple project workstreams
- Develop impactful presentations, workshops, and client-ready deliverables
- Contribute to strategy development, process improvement, performance measurement, and digital transformation initiatives
- Critically evaluate and enhance team recommendations and deliverables
- Contribute to business proposals and internal strategic initiatives
- Guide and mentor Analysts and junior team members

Eligibility

- B.Tech/B.E.



from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, DTU, etc.), CA, and/or full time MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 B-school (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SP Jain, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Exposure to Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or related sectors

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- Strong knowledge of 12 industry domains
- Understanding of strategy development and implementation
- Knowledge of process improvement, performance measurement, and digital transformation
- Comfortable with frequent international travel (Saudi Arabia, UAE)
